Our capabilities

Learning design

Our learning design team are experts in educational technology. Working closely with discipline experts through to human resource leaders, they draw on the latest technology and teaching techniques to design innovative, impactful learning experiences – including everything from VR programs for corporate inductions and mobile learning, to large scale gamification products and professionally-acted dramas. We’re steeped in what drives professionals to grow and develop and what employers need from their talent pools.

Project management

The project management team are specialists in scoping, planning, developing and delivering, with vast experience across higher education, government and corporate sectors. Underpinned by a robust project management process, including post-implementation review and quality assurance, they work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure programs are realistic, meet agreed timeframes, objectives and budgets. They consistently deliver highly successful projects.


Our production team provides end-to-end content development and visual design for online, face-to-face and blended programs. Underpinned by robust quality assurance processes and industry best practise principles, they are specialists in coding, programming, video production, graphic design, animation and motion graphics. They work with every team within MSPACE as well as academic partners to create innovative, visually compelling content marked by academic rigour and industry relevance – all with exceptional user experience.


Our support team provides administrative support, technical advice and support, course information and learner onboarding. Guided by a strong induction, quality, coaching, training framework, and passionate about delivering positive and exceptional customer experiences, they consistently exceed industry standards.

Mat Tinker

Learning Designer

Mat is one of our Learning Design Managers. He has fifteen years’ experience as an educator across corporate and higher education sectors, with a Masters in Digital Education. He is a specialist in motivational design and harnessing tech to create impactful learning. Mat leads a team of passionate learning designers committed to excellence.

Tangerine Holt

Associate Professor and Academic Program Director

Tangerine is our Academic Program Director specialising in Business and Economics. She has over 20 years' tertiary education and industry experience in academic and senior leadership positions with a proven track record for building quality programs that transform people and organisations globally. She has achieved key successes for KPMG; the Australian-American Fulbright Commission, Monash University and the University of Louisville, Kentucky with strategic partners and clients across higher education, commercial and not-for-profit sectors to ensure organisational rapid uplift, leadership development, cultural and knowledge exchange and personal transformation.

Ben Maas

Project Team Manager

Ben leads our Project Management team with 15 years experience in project managing and leading the scoping, development and delivery of projects for corporate, education and government sector clients. Ben played a key role in designing the model and methodology for developing and delivering a wide range of wholly online programs for the University, as part of a key strategic initiative..
